Support to the 4Ps Conditional Cash Transfer Program of DSWD in Selected Moro and IP Communities of Central Mindanao

Short Summary of the Project

This project intends to implement an advocacy and capability-building project that is mostly focused on the mothers and children of beneficiary families of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in selected barangays in Mindanao that are inhabited by Moro and IP communities. This project aims to procedurally empower the women and children in actively participating and asserting what is rightfully theirs under the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program. In the process, the project will contribute to a strengthened implementation of the Program highlighting the role of civil society organizations such as UnYPhil-Women as partners in development of both the DSWD and the Moro and IP beneficiaries of the Program.
